What are your rates?
Individual 50-minute therapy or yoga sessions are $110. I also offer a few sliding scale slots based on financial need. Please contact me for more info about this scale.

Do you take insurance?
As an out-of-network provider, I do not accept insurance. However, I do accept HSA and FSA payments, and I can provide superbills upon request for insurance reimbursement for therapy sessions. Please be aware that not all insurance plans include out-of-network benefits

Where are you located?
I provide both in-person and virtual therapy sessions. In-person appointments are available at Bellatore Eating Disorder Recovery in Lenexa, KS, on Tuesday and Thursday. For virtual sessions, I am licensed to see clients who reside in Kansas only

How do I schedule?

Who can you work with?
I work with adults and teens ages 12 and older. I am an LGBTQ+ ally and welcome clients of all genders, gender expressions, sexual attraction, romantic attraction, and other diverse backgrounds.

How do I know we're a good fit?
I can't guarantee that we’ll be the perfect match, but I offer a free 15-minute introductory call. This allows us to get acquainted, discuss any concerns you have about therapy, or provide additional information. If it doesn't feel like the right fit, I'm happy to refer you to other trusted therapists
